Brand new for me is this awesome Indigenous World Spirits Gin from Kelowna. I love the space they have created in Kelowna for the winery and distillery and this gin is super interesting. Uses sorrel, borage and elderberry to create a very fantastic aroma and flavor, sweet botanicals and the elderberry is so aromatic and gorgeous, really love that.

Alcohol – 40% / 80 proof

Color – Clear

Nose – The elderberry just does it for me straight off the hop, spring time in the Okanagan Valley

Taste – The juniper is understated, more classic earthy tones, the stars of the show are the locally foraged ingredients, floral rosehips, that fruity elderberry and the green borage

Finish – Okanagan Valley in spring time in a glass, aromatic and floral

Best Enjoyed – Play around with a G&T with Fever Tree Elderflower
