Description
Grown just outside Keremeos and then aged for three years with all French Oak this vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon shows grilled peppers, coffee and cigar box on the nose transitioning to a palate full of ripe dark fruit, blackberry, blueberry and finishing with just a hint of mushroom ragu and a soft tannin structure.
Enjoy with roast meats, a leg of lamb or as a way to add some meat to any vegetarian meal.
